The problem is in the date format on your computer. To correct the problem follow these directions.
1. Go to the Windows Start Button and select "Find" Then select "Files and Folders"
2. Type BDECFG32.EXE into the "named" box
3. When this file appears at the bottom, double click it.
4. Click the "Date" tab at the bottom.
5. Click in the "Mode" field and change from 0 to 1
6. Select "File" then "Save" then "Exit"
7. Close the "Find" dialog.
8. Reboot your computer and everything should be working fine.
If that does not work try this:
1. Go to Windows Start Button.
2. Select Settings
3. Select Control Panel
4. Select Regional Settings
5. Click Date Tab
6. Set Short Date Style to m/d/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy NOT m/d/y
7. Click OK
8. Close the Control Panel and try another report in Bg Tracker.
9. I have recently been told by a user that after you change the date format and use the program once you can change the date format back to what it was before and it will continue to work properly.
